I am sorry to hear that you are worried about your health. I can understand how difficult it must be for you when you are away from home.

Unfortunately we can't diagnose you and our advice would always be to get checked out by your GP if you were here.

You may find it helpful to get in touch with our equivalent called The Canadian Cancer Society  help line system  where they may suggest how you can get checked out if you don't have insurance. Have a look at their details here

Breast cancer at your age is not common so there may be a simple explanation far less serious then cancer but if you have concerns it is a good idea to get checked out.

I would stay away from the internet as it is general and usually does more harm then good and you will not be able to diagnose yourself.
