Hi. Im wondering if anyone can help me please. My lymph nodes, under both arms keep swelling up and can be painful. Today they're smaller but more swollen definitely under both arms. I've had breast pain in both breasts for a few weeks. Convinced myself it's muscular but I'm not sure. I thought I felt something hard in my left breast near my armpit but the more I feel I'm not 100% sure. My gran died in her 50s and had breast cancer. I don't want to waste doctors time if they're just going to say its muscular or hormonal. Just have a niggling feeling something isn't right.
