I am sorry to hear that you are worried about your different symptoms. Neither the nurses nor people on the forum or indeed the internet can diagnose you but if you have concerns do get checked out by your GP.

If you say that your teeth are hurting it may also be a good idea to visit your dentist. They can also make an assessment of any symptoms that you have and may have some suggestions for your painful teeth.

I am not sure whether smoking is something that you may want to quit but you may want to discuss this with your GP when you see them. The NHS has some information about how to help quit which you can see here
