Ca 125 is 64. Iron deficiency. I had blood in my stool and have a lump in my vulvar. All I can think is I have cancer everywhere. I can't stop freaking out
I am sorry to hear that you are feeling worried about your health.
Having tests and waiting for the results can be incredibly stressful.
The level of the CA125 test in your blood can rise for many reasons including endometriosis, ovarian cysts and some ovarian cancers. The charity Target Ovarian has more information about this test here
Try not to let your mind run away with you if you possibly can. The other symptoms such as the lump in your vulva and blood in your stool may not be related at all but hopefully all your different symptoms are being investigated.
