Hello

i have today discovered a small lump in my nipple I have been getting pain there for some time with pain up into shoulder and arm but didn't think it was anything 

after finding this lump it's quit hard does not move and a little painful when pressed, I can't tell if there is a change in the nipple other than what looks like a mole which is getting bigger and changed shape that's been there for some time 

I know breast cancer in men is quite rare but I'm worried now as it's been going on for some time and just found lump today
