I have breast cancer, and my operation is this Monday, this morning in the shower I felt a lump on my back so asked the hubby to take a picture, looks suspiciously like skin cancer ( thanks to Google search is this a thing two cancers at same time ?
I can appreciate that you have a lot going on with your breast surgery imminent. It is possible to get a second separate skin cancer. But, I wouldn't make any firm assumptions about what it might be. It may well have a straightforward less serious explanation. Do make contact with your GP when you can. They may ask for a photo of the skin lesion to be sent to them, for them to evaluate first. If they think it needs to be reviewed more thoroughly, then they would refer you to see a dermatologist at your local hospital. They can assess it, and advise further.
