I am sorry to hear about your current pain issue. Sometimes, there can be muscular skeletal and/or nerve irritation effects after surgery. Equally, this could be due to frozen shoulder and not directly related to your surgery at all, as it is in the opposite arm. It can sometimes be due to the previous positioning of the arms during the original surgery.
Certainly, speak with your GP as there are effective painkillers that can help with this. You will probably benefit from some physiotherapy. There is sometimes a wait, so maybe consider some private physiotherapy to regain movement. It is likely with intensive physiotherapy that things may improve.
