I am sorry but no one here can tell you exactly what is the matter, if anything is. However, it is very, very unlikely that you have breast cancer. This is because, looking at the statistics about the age women develop breast cancer, no one was diagnosed at your age. I hope this is reassuring to read.

It might be a good idea to see how this goes, try not to touch it and perhaps moisturise it with a-non perfumed cream to see how it goes. If after a couple of weeks it is not getting better then you can make a GP appointment to talk about it. 

I realise that it can be difficult to talk with parents about some things so I hope that if this is really worrying you that you do think about going to talk it through with either your mum or dad.

Also please try not to google your symptoms as this cannot tell what is the matter and will worry you.
