I’m sorry you are having to wait four weeks for an appointment to get your results, and can appreciate that this a difficult and stressful time for you.

Unfortunately, because of the pandemic in many areas there is a NHS backlog causing delays in processing results, so this is not unusual at the moment.

I don't think anyone can presume that because they have been given an appointment in four weeks’ time to get their results that they don’t have anything to worry about. Everything will hopefully be fine, but you need your hospital team to confirm this for you.
