I recently noticed that I have a small lump/spot on my inner libia minora but I'm not sexually active and it's been a while but I'm just wondering what to do
There can be many reasons for lumps to appear in this area and most will be harmless and settle within a short time.
Bartholin cysts here are common in this area. They are harmless and usually resolve on their own but I suggest if the lump continues to be there, worstens or you notice any other changes you arrange an appointment to see your doctor.
In the meantime taking a warm bath or putting a warm compress down there can sometimes help.
