Swollen nodes are very common and can come up due to a past or present inflammation /infection or sometimes for no known reason. You also may be a bit run down. None of these things will always come up on a blood test - it just shows your organs and bone marrow are working normally. The ultrasound will give some more information about the node so you can only wait until then. Best to just wait and see and not second guess as no one will be able to say before then.
