Unfortunately, this nurse led service is not able to diagnose, or offer a medical opinion. You will need to make contact with your GP.

They may ask you to submit photographs of your mole by email or via your phone, in the first instance. They will then assess whether they need to see you in person or not. Most skin concerns turn out to not be anything serious, and are easily explained. But if you are worried, then it makes sense to get them checked out for peace of mind. 

In the meantime, you can try applying some antiseptic or 1% hydrocortisone cream for a few days and see if it settles down again. Your local pharmacist can advise you further too.
