Hard pea sized lump on labia

Hi, 

I am concerned as I've recently discovered a hard pea sized lump on my Labia. It's not moveable but it's only sore when I press on it. This isn't a normal thing for me and just looking for some advice on what to do. Just a bit of background that I haven't had my HPV vaccine so it raises some alarm bells. My vaginal discharge has changed recently and has an odd odour! I am aware that it won't be an STI as I have been recently tested. 

I'm just looking for advice of what things it may briefly be and if I should contact my GP.

    I am sorry but we cannot tell you what this is so, yes, do make a GP appointment to get it checked out.

    It is unlikely to be cancer because most lumps and bumps turn out not to be and you seem young so cancer, particularly in this area, is rare in a young women.
