I am sorry to learn about your mum and sister and I can understand why this breast change could trigger some worry.

Breast changes can occur for a number of reasons so try and keep an open mind.  I think the best thing to do would be to see your GP and get this checked out - they can do a breast examination and if they think it is necessary, arrange an appointment with the breast clinic. But hopefully they will be able to put your mind at rest and there is nothing serious the matter.
