I am sorry to hear that you have Covid at the moment and I do hope that you feel better soon.

From what I have read both the Covid vaccination and the Covid virus can have an affect on periods but when you are feeling better I would still make an appointment with your GP.

There can be many reasons for bleeding after the menopause but it is always a good idea to have it investigated just to rule out anything serious. It may be connected to the virus but of course I can't be sure. The NHS have produced some information about post menopausal bleeding which you can see here
