Another charity called Jo's Trust has information about having a LLETZ procedure and what to do afterwards. This includes when it is ok to have a bath. In their advice (written by a colposcopist) You will see that it is OK to do to have a bath 24 hrs after having the procedure done. You can read about what they say here
I'm afraid that I cannot see any guidance about how long you should wait before getting your STI screening done. The best thing to do is to contact the clinic or your GP practise where you would have it done and ask them.
