I had my ovaries removed in October 2021 my consultant said this would the best way forward as tomoxifen was poisoning me, I thought this would be the end of having to take aromatase inhibitors. 

I had an appointment with a different consultant today who has recommended I take  letrozole as my body still makes oestrogen, I'm gutted as I was just getting my life back on track.

can anyone tell me what are the worst side effects on this drug ? I'm reading tiredness & joint stiffness.
