hi this is probably stupid because I'm only 14 (15 in 9 days) but I've got a lump on my sort of inner under boob? and another one on my other breast but it's on the outer side this time

they're painful to the touch but I don't know if it's just a part of growth, or something worrying

Sorry if this is wasting people's time - I know it's probably nothing since I'm young

    Yes, it is probably related to puberty, hormone levels fluctuating, or possibly a local skin infection. It is not likely to be cancer in someone of your young age so don't worry. Try putting some antiseptic cream on the area for a few days to see if it helps to clear it up. 

    Do confide in a trusted adult, or one of your parents, as it helps to share health worries. If it doesn't resolve, then you might have to pop along to see your GP or practice nurse.
