It is not uncommon for some patients to experience longer term effects after treatments. Sometimes tiny nerve endings/breast tissue can be damaged and take a long time to heal and improve. If you would like some feedback on this, then maybe ask your hospital breast care nurse, (if you have one), or your GP. 

There is an online community forum on the charity Breast Cancer Now website, which you may find of interest. Other members may post their experiences.
