Dimpling in right breast

Hi I am 43 a mum to 4 kids youngest being 1 on my right breast I've noticed what I think is dimpling I have big saggy boobs only happens when lifting but I can also see like q line dent underneath aswell I've rang doctors waiting on q phone consult but me being so scared and anxious went to Google and it comes up inflammatory breast cancer which is rare and aggressive I can't feel anything different from last month I cant stop crying thinking I've got it and going to die please help me

    I am sorry you are so worried about this dimpling. Cancer isn't the only possible explanation for something like this so try not to let fear run away.

    Looking up symptoms on Google can often trigger a lot of worry, try your best to resist doing it.  I am glad you have been in touch with the doctor and hope they get back to you soon. Try and take it one step at a time and don't decide what is the matter for yourself or what the outcome could be.

    Thankyou Julia well they have made a face to face appointment for me in weds and I know I shouldn't google anything but it seems   my symptoms match that of cancer now I am poking so much i swear I can feel little round  squishy balls along the crease of armpit and some about 2 fingers down from my collar bone but to me my actual breast feels OK I don't no if the flickering of pain in my shoulder and what feels in chest is me imagining it or through poking can these squishy bumps come up when you are due on I am so sorry for this long post I'm just so obsessed and worried about getting breast cancer it's unreal and I don't no how to get this fear under control as its all the time it's took me so long to ring the doctor as usually I will just sit and worry and I'm so scared I'm passing these fears anxiety onto my daughter
