The CT scan would have been reported on a while back, and is done as a matter of routine, before commencing treatment. If there had been any relevant findings, then the consultant would have been informed. As you have already finished your treatment, you can assume that these results were fine.

If you want to know more, then do ask your specialist, or else your hospital breast care nurse, if you still have one. If your general level of anxiety is troubling you, then do speak with your GP about it, and see what they might suggest to help. It is not uncommon to over worry after having a diagnosis of cancer, even if you are successfully treated for it.
