i have a dent in my left breast but it is not there when i raise my arm only when my arm is by my side could this be cancer im so worried and my anxiety is through the roof down by my left side by my breast feels uncomfortuble im so scared

Try not to think the worst. The dent in your breast maybe nothing at all but it is always a good idea to get any changes checked out. Doctors have guidelines when examining breasts and if they feel that it needs further investigations they will refer you to a breast clinic.
Anxiety about our health can sometimes make symptoms feel so much worse. The discomfort that you are feeling maybe connected to changes in your hormone levels but of course I can't be sure.
