I appreciate you must be worried about this rise in psa but no one on here can say for sure what this means for you I'm afraid.
It is best you talk this through with your specialist nurse or doctor so they can say what this may mean for you.
Sometimes a psa is raised for reasons other than the cancer coming back or spreading and it is important that this is explored with your own doctors involved in your care.
