Hi I had my surgery mid December 2021 and the scar under my arm is more painful than the one on my breast it's still very swollen and tender and the pain goes down to my elbow at times is this normal?
It can take several weeks for swelling and pain to settle down after breast surgery. The charity Breast Cancer Now have some useful tips to help manage the pain and other symptoms which you might find helpful to look at here.
