I have a mole that I've had for as long as I can remember, it was flat and brown but last year it raised and changed colour. Now I have a few smaller moles that don't look like the rest on my body Should I be worried?
Lots of people tell us something like this and ask us if there if they need to be worried, but we can't really say for sure one way or the other.
Our usual advice is not to be overly worried but to get properly checked out. With a change to a mole or moles that look like odd ones out from other moles, you need to get in touch with your GP and get their input. There may not be anything to worry about, but I am not in a position to be able to say for sure - it is always best to be on the safe side and see your GP.
