For the past few days I have had watery stool which is mostly blood. Today it's been little floating balls with blood in it. I am a 19 year old male and worried I have cancer and worst thing I could of done was google it as it says cancer.
Low iron levels can occur because there isn't enough iron rich food in someone's diet or if they aren't absorbing iron very well. They can also be associated with bleeding, but you already know you are or have been bleeding.
I think the best thing to do is to talk this over with your GP, ask them what they think and get their input. Do let them know how anxious this is making you as well. If you can speak to a GP I think it will be more helpful than going online looking for answers that won't be there.
