Hi I have secondary bone mets had total hip replacement brilliant got rid of pain but still lower spine met. I'm taking letrozole in evening and a anti sickness pill (cycliizine) morning and evening before meal,  denuosunab injection once a month, 2 x vitamin d capsules every week midday and abermaciclib 100mg twice a day morning and evening around 6pm, everything bearable except the morning abermaciclib I tried it from 30 mins or an hour after anti sickness pill, tried with or without food or drink but as soon as I stand or sit I vomit. I can keep it down if I don't  move all day just feel sickly tummy but as soon as I stand up it needs to come out, the evening pills are fine a bit of cramping I sit and relax or take a bath but manage to keep it down, after 2/3 hours I'm feelin* normal again. Just want to know if I will still get the same benefit after an hour in morning of stillness would it have got into my system by then even though i still have the sickness after this time. Thanks
