Nipple & armpit

I need some advice please. I'm 42 and noticed a change in my top left breast by my armpit. It looks different to my other side. It seems fatty, could it be just fat and could that be bigger one side of my breast than the other side? Also I have inverted nipples have done forever but the side that's got the difference, the nipple now is out more than in. I can only find out information reguarding nipples becoming inverted?

my Rm0ut is painful and fatty do you have muscle problems like fibromyalgia I have may be rhat

Hello and thanks for posting,
It is not unusual to have one breast bigger then another but if you do notice any changes it is always a good idea to get it checked out. We can't diagnose you so it is always best to discuss this with your GP.
In the first instant you will have a telephone appointment and then they will either see you for a breast examination or refer you straight to a breast clinic.
The charity Breast Cancer Now have some information on breast changes which you can see here
Most women referred to breast clinics are found not to have cancer but it is always a good idea to rule this out.
