Thank you, I've had cysts before and was always told 'cysts' but this she just said it didn't look healthy, 

how long did your daughter wait for results? Did she have a ca125 blood test as well? Xxx

I am sorry to hear you are undergoing some tests and can appreciate what a worry this must be for you.

There can be variation in how quickly a CA125 blood test will come back but hopefully you shouldn't be waiting very long.

As difficult as it must be for you try not to over think things too much until you have all the information from the doctors about what it going on.

Ovarian cancer at your age is extremely rare and also do bear in mind even if the CA125 is raised there are many other reasons for this other than cancer.

Sit tight for now and try and keep yourself busy and your mind on other things if you can until you have a plan of what needs to happen next.
