Sometimes lumps or spots on the vagina are caused by Bartholins cysts and you can read more about them here.  These are harmless and rarely cause any problems but sometimes they become infected which may need treating with antibiotics so do do get checked out  by your doctor if it doesn't settle down

Because of the current pandemic, you may be offered a telephone appointment initially with your doctor. If they feel they need to see you, they can offer you a face to face appointment.
