When someone replies to a post you have written or conversation you are following, you will receive and email notification .

To manage your notifications, click on the drop down menu in the top right hand corner of the page and select SETTINGS

To disable all emails, go to the OPTIONS tab and deselect Enable email contact

To manage notifications individually, select the NOTIFICATIONS tab

From here you can choose which notifications you want to receive

When you select to receive notifications for threads you are following, you will receive an email notification each time someone replies. If you decide you no longer want to receive notifications on that particular thread you can simply click the link in the email footer and further notifications will be turned off for that thread

You can opt in or out of receiving our newsletter by going to your profile and clicking 'edit'
