To update your profile picture or avatar 

From the drop down menu click on Profile 

This will take you to your profile page. Click on the button called Edit Profile

Click on the Change Avatar button

You will then be able to select an avatar from our avatar selection or upload an avatar of your own

Click save and your new avatar will appear
