Hi Jane, thanks for the reply. Are you feeling recovered from your exision? Wasn't sure if it was wide exicision or lumpectomy (not that I really know what the difference is). I'm pleased you got surgery so soon after diagnosis though. I was surprised to hear hormone therapy doesn't start til after radiotherapy, I'm sure I was told it would start about six weeks after surgery. I hope you don't have to wait too long for that radiotherapy, like you say the waiting just raises all our anxieties. I think the anxiety causes tiredness, I also feel permanently shattered, yet unable to get any decent sleep. I did speak to my GP about it, they have me a weeks sleeping tablets, but I was told that they're addictive and so I've not taken them. I hope your GP can help for you.
