Hi guys, 

I'm a 21 year old female & have been experiencing bleeding from my rectum for around 6 weeks. I've been too scared to go to the doctors but I think I'll finally make that call tomorrow but I guess I just need your guys thoughts. It started off as small bits of blood In my stool and over the past 6 weeks it has turned into a lot of blood everytime I go toilet, whether I am peeing or pooing, the strain also causes fleshy & bloody like bits to come out and bright red blood everytime. This is accompanied by a tender stomach which feels like it's burning on the inside, when I press on my stomach it feels like pins and needles/ stinging nettles type sting. I also pass wind a lot less frequently and have gone from going toilet 3 times a week to many times a day but not much comes out, I more just get the feeling I need to pass. I've also been experiencing bad headaches & extreme tiredness, could this be from losing blood?

I know nobody can diagnose me, I'm just wondering whether I'm alone or whether this is super concerning as I feel I have left things get worse for too long.
