Please let me know how you get on. I’ve been presenting similar symptoms since January (waves of itching that come and go), which steroid cream helped with initially but when I stop using the steroid cream, the itching comes back. 

Hi my doctor has phoned me this morning, still not seeing people due to covid. He is sending me to the breast clinic for an ultrasound to check everything is OK and for me to speak to them there. Now I am in more of a panic than I was yesterday ️

I too just visited my Gp today due to an itchy left breast, its been driving me crazy for weeks but does come and go like you say. Took my sports bra off had a bath and itching has stopped but no doubt will be back again. Gp felt some thickened area of tissue so has reffered me for a ultrasound. I have major anxiety so this is sending me into a complete mess and I'm petrified. I sometimes find it occurs most when I lay down

I hope yours goes well, keep me posted. I'm trying my hardest to relax about it all but Im struggling and I feel your anxiety. Mine is worse during the day when I go to bed and get comfy it generally stops x

Yes please let me know how you get on. Its horrible anyway but when you have children it really does scare the hell out of you.

I keep trying to tell myself it's something I've become allergic to or maybe the cold weather has dried my skin out but for me it's only itchy in one area and that is what scares me more. Its kind like the edge of my nipple that spreads to a little outside. And man when it's itchy it's really itchy. 

Yeah mine has been like that but creams help for a few hours and then it can come back, mine can dissappear completely for a few week but come back again before my period. It is very strange.

They look normal and feel normal just itch x

Hi guys. I have had itchy nipples and aerola for 11 years. I initially went to drs thinking I might have pagets disease which is an inflammatory breast cancer but the doctor reckon its ezcema and prescribed steroid creams. It comes and goes and I noticed it itch like crazy near my period or ovulation so could  be hormone related. What I find help me was using aveeno cream as I don't know the long term effects of steroids cream on your breast.  Its always good to check but alot of the time it's just excema 

Thank you I have been and bought some aveeno today to see if that will help me while I wait to find out what it is. I'm greatful for your reply x
