I only had the day after the colonoscopy off and the diet was just so easy. I had chicken sandwiches, no skin, and a packet of crisps for lunch. Lovely!

The procedure isn’t pleasant but I was very lucky and it was all ok
I did t have sedation went with a bit of gas and air when they turned corners and won’t lie it is quite painful at times
