Enlarged spleen

Hello, 

I'm very worried, I went to the Dr as my bowel habits changed, they sent me for a scan within a week to rule out bowel cancer. 

The scan didn't pick any cancer up, but he noticed I had a enlarged spleem. My Dr called me in a few days after, and asked me some questions such as "am I full after I eat" which i am to the point i need to lie down lately as i feel so bloated. 

 

The dr has referred me under the 2 week rule to rule out blood cancers. I'm so worried. 

 

I have my appointment on 2nd January but seems ages away.

Anybody had similar issues ?

    Thanks Dean the pains now subsided and I'm on the list for a gallbladder removal BUT Im now getting sweats early morning after I've woken up, not drenching and not waking me as they occur only when I take the quilt off and when the cooler air hits my body, I've been on atorvastatin for a while and it was shortly after this they started and I thought they maybe were linked as a rare side effect is listed as extreme sweating so I'm in a bit of a quandary once again. Any help would be gratefully received  x
