Yes this Sunday so didn’t take long at all really. I’m going back to my gp today though as I’ve got two rock hard marble size lumps in my neck now and I was going to wait for the scan but all my family are telling me just to go back and get it checked as I feel shocking I’ve been sleeping about 15 hours a day this last week and just feel generally like I’ve been hit by a bus!

I think your family gave you the right advice! At least the scan is so soon, you wouldn't want to wait ages. Hopefully it's nothing more sinister I think when lymph nodes are concerned it's not uncommon for more to swell up! What did the GP say?

I feel really tired too, it's the stress you know. Make sure you look after yourself and remember that at least you're getting it checked soon.

The scan went ok, the hubby was very nervous when we got to the hospital but he did really well:)

Next Friday we've got the biopsy and will probably find out the results of the scan then too.

Glad it went ok I think it’s waiting for the results that’s the hardest part. I’m not at drs for another hour I’m just concerned because the one right at the top of my neck is right next to my spine and it’s solid but right now I’m just sick of feeling rubbish the sooner I get answers the better. My worst fear strangely is them finding nothing and I’m stuck feeling like this with no answers. Although it could be one of a thousand things I’m just hoping the scan shows something!

I know, but every hour get us closer to finding out what it is and once we know we can either celebrate or get treatment and kick cancer's ***.

Well the go sent me straight to hospital so currently sat in A&E he’s concerned about my heart rate and blood pressure and shortness of breath so let’s see what this brings I’m not sure in meeded to be here if I’m honest

Oh dear that sounds serious! Is it because of the stress? Did they suggest anything? I know this is not what you wanted but maybe you'll be able to get some other tests out of it...you know for your other stuff.

 Hopefully it's nothing and you get seen quickly and hopefully you'll avoid your typical drunken Friday night casualties...
