Huge mass centre of abdomen! Please help someone!

Evening all

Well to say I'm scared is an understatement...... I don't know what to make of this. The way I see it is, this could only be a tumour. I'm 32 female, fit and well. Been struggling with bloating the last few weeks, my stools are different and much softer, I get the odd feeling like I need to pass stool but then there's nothing there, feeling sick almost 24/7. Now I felt this a few weeks ago but didn't think anything of it as I didn't have any other symptoms at the time and just thought it was my stomach that I could feel (I think I had eaten a lot that day!!) but tonight i am absolutely petrified. I can feel a HUGE mass. Like it's a bit tender to touch but wouldn't say painful. It centre of abdomen but nearer the top (between belly button and ribs). It's not hard and it's not soft. It's sticking right out now. But it's huge. It also feels like it has a couple of other smaller lumps with it. I'm absolutely terrified :-(  should I go to A&E? I should have had my blood results today but doctors receptionist said they don't have them back from lab yet. When I lay down it's not as noticeable but I can still feel it. It's when I bend my back backwards or just standing and poking belly out that it is really obvious. I'm so scared. Especially as I have all these other symptoms going on. Have I got stomach and colon cancer?? Pleas help someone please, im crying :,(

  • Hi, I'm a 29 year old male and I first noticed a oblong bulge when bending backwards or before doing a sit up. It's a separation of your abdominal muscle and it's nothing to worry about. I lost countless hours sleep due to it also having health anxiety didn't help. But yeah. The way to help get rid of it is by working out your core muscle!
