I've also found a pea sized lump under my nipple and have seen my GP and I'm waiting for a breast clinic appointment.
I'm only 20 so I know it's highly unlikely to be anything serious but I still have moments where I panic!! 
Mine feels fairly obvious so I would be surprised if it's just a part of my normal breast but I'm hoping it will be something that isn't a worry!!

Absolutely, you're still very young, I'm sure it's nothing to worry about but I would absolutely be getting it checked as you are doing.

I too discovered a pea size lump in my breast a week ago.  I had it back in 2019, went to the doctors.  At the time I was told its not anything to worry about.  It did disappear but now it came back exactly in the place near my nipple. I do understand your frustration of the unknown. I am told I need to have telephone consultation with the doctor before he would see me.
