Hi I'm having loud bumping noises in my stomach it's like 3 loud noises at a time and I can feel it as well I've been having them years ,I've also had diarrhoea and stomach cramp on and off and I've been for stomach check ups and they couldn't find anything ,I have a hiatus hernia and I find if I eat too much cheese that can really make me worse so I've cut right back on that , I also have under active thyroid problems that can cause diarrhoea along with loads of other symptoms,I'm constantly having loud bumping noises all day every day and it can be embarrassing to be honest sometimes it sound like a cat and other people can hear it and I've had people ask me if I've eaten ,when I have and I get really bad wind as well and can hardly control it sometimes I do it without even knowing 

Hi- I'm also experiencing loud gurgling sounds and that's my main concern right now...idk what to do cause it's made me anxious and embarrassed on multiple occasions. I'm also young...almost 18 so it's really crazy as google is saying ut could be colon cancer and stuff like that. It's just frightening when our bodies act up and there's like no solution...
