Lump inside cheek near bottom lip

In January I noticed what I thought was an ulcer but was a fluid filled blister it eventually burst and went away but in February I noticed a lump inside my cheek with another two fluid filled blisters popping up and bursting  one after the other Near this lump, the lump seems to get bigger when I'm eating reducing in size by the next morning it's about the size of a pea and dome shaped

It's firm but soft and I can slide it round with my tongue and my finger  I saw a dentist on Monday and have been referred to "oral medicine". The dentist didn't seem worried and I think agreed with my idea that it's a cyst and I been referred to get it taken out I imagine

but there's always the nagging in the corner of my mind  that it's something more serious I just wanna know what it is and if they are likely to biopsy it by cutting it out or sticking a needle in it.

Just wanted to vent as I have no one to talk too as my nan has dementia so that worries me too
