I can imagine this is such a stressful time for you and I am not sure whether by now you have had the consultant appointment and whether you have a bit more clarity as to what to expect. It is normal to be terrified when waiting for results and to fear the worst but it's best to try and stay well away from the temptation to look things up online as it will only bring up the worst cases and give you often inaccurate information. 

I thought I would share with you these helpful tips to help you cope while waiting for important news.
