Panic - lumps found in armpit and breast and been referred on 2 week pathway

Hi everyone- I am new here and needed somewhere to go to vent my anxiety . I recently discovered a large fixed lump under my armpit , I thought it may be a lymph node as I have had back to back colds recently. Anyway I went to the doctor today who did a breast exam and she said she can also feel a lump in my breast on the same side . I have now gone into sheer panic mode , I am 36 with 3 children. They have referred me on the two week pathway , she did say try not to worry but of course I am . Has anyone had an auxiliary lump as well as a breast lump on the same side and it been nothing .
