The length of time one has to wait between appointments for the breast clinic depends on a number of factors - Was this your first or a subsequent visit, what tests were carried out on your last visit, whether or not you were given any indication of how long it would be to your next visit and whether or not you need any further tests.
I have found that it is always useful to ask when you are likely to be seen again at the end of each consultation. This is not cast in stone and waiting times can still be longer or shorter than expected, but it gives us a base line to work to. Have you been waiting for long?
