Well another week has passed- 4 weeks!

I rang again today only to be told no letter has been produced yet. My results came back two weeks ago!

I said it's absolute torture not knowing, and clearly I'm now going to be waiting at least another 1-2 weeks for a letter if there's not one even written. 
 

it's a disgrace it really is. I had a breast biopsy 5 years ago and it was back within a week and I was told it was ok over the phone, and a letter followed a few days later. 
 

i just can't understand what is taking so long- but my mind is going to dark places. 

It is really bad!! Maybe you should contact the hospital, they usually have a patient advocacy service, you could complain to them? Or contact your GP, especially if they referred you in the first place  

you must be going out of your mind worrying. Just try and hold on to the fact that if they've had your results for 2 weeks they'd have rung you by now if it was bad news surely?!
