i say key is gleason score.

if 8 and over, its means a bit aggressive or aggressive 

if 7 usually is when surgury or radiation started

6 is monitoring

if psa high and going higher fast, start on your options and do it. the sooner the better

did brachy with gleason of 7 and psa of 8.9.

now at 1.8  3 months after and doc says in a few years should be down to 0,5 or something like that. 

am 74 now so use flomax once a day and am fine in every way.
