I’ve been told grade 3 in lymph node and stage 2 BC 

funny you should say that but I’m also feeling the sensations after the scans and I don’t know whether it is my mind playing tricks on me. I’ll get my results this Thursday and then I should be waiting 2 to 3 weeks to see the oncologist as to what the plan of action is, I’m so anxious, as I am too worried that it is spread

I am sorry to hear that they have found something in your lymph nodes and I am sure that you are anxiously awaiting your results on Thursday. We all panic about spread at this stage, but 6-8 weeks is a fairly average waiting time for breast surgery.

Well I’ve just had my CT and mri results and all clear regarding that 

but…..

they’ve found something abnormal on my spine

Had probs with my back for years had mri 7-8 years ago and they said I had a bulging l4/5 lumbar - has physio and went to the gym which did help and also siactic nerve pain too

when I would get a trapped nerve I would go to the chiropractor to get manipulated and I would feel great 

so I’ve got to have a PET scan - another blow to deal with 

my son said tonight - mum surely If you had cancer in the spine you would of deteriorated by now, he’s got a point and has a way with words

I am delighted to hear that your MRI and CT scans were clear, but I'm sorry to hear about your back and that you now need to have a PET Scan. Did they give you any idea of how long you may have to wait for this? Poor you, you really are being dragged through the mill with all of these tests. Your son sounds like a very sensible young man and he could well be right - I sincerely hope so.
