Has anyone paused their treatment of Kadcyla due to side effects and if so did they resume Kadcyla once side effects went away or did they discontinue Kadcyla.

 I have Peripheral Neuropathy and my oncologist decided to skip one cycle to help my, hopefully, side effects go away.
