Next challenge will be getting there for it, some scumbag rear ended my car in the early hours of this morning and because it was an old car, it's being written off. Grrrr
Seems OK as far as burning goes, getting stabbed on the inside still but not happening as often. I had fewer sessions than you tho and a smaller dose which might explain why my symptoms haven't been as bad as yours.
So... 1st session as expected no probs. I have a scan every session which they compare t prev scan t see if need to adjust. Then have the RT. During the 15 sessions there is 1 day the machine is closed down for maintenance so last day is on 20th Nov instead of 19th. As mentioned earlier they r giving me the cream to use said just to let them know when I need more. Oh nd got another tat so that is 5 I’ve had but tbh can now just see 2 of them!
I asked about swimming, baths,jacuzzi, Sun etc. They said everyone different but as a min don’t do any of these for 10 days after last session as will still b heating up after that when u know yr skin is ok t go ahead but monitor and stop if probs.
Hurray! At least the first one is over and you know what to expect. Hopefully your skin will not react and you'll be able to go on that lovely holiday.
The 14 sessions will go by very quickly. Just take it easy and rest.

Scan every session? They're diligent. I had plates taken every day for the first three days and then all hell broke loose at the half way point because they couldn't get an image without hitting my lung using the original settings so new ct scan. Blamed my swollen boob for the distortion!

Loveing the 20% milestone:-) they apologised cos their old machine had music they could pipe through and it’s not working yet on this one. They also had a ceiling that looked like glass u could see through to sky trees nd cherry blossom - very pretty when flat out on ya back lol. The staff were lovely it went by quicker than I expected. X
She said the ceilings r very expensive but are provided by a charity:-)
I have some audio books nd thought about taking in my iPod but for how quick it felt don’t think it will b worth it but reckon music would def work for me too.
Has anyone heard of this Q.V. cream they have given me. Luckily I like the other creams my daughters got me so will still b used after treatment has ended lol x
